PCY重型破錘式破碎機產品概述

PCY系列高效細碎機是我公司開發研制的新型細碎機（制砂機）。該產品適用于抗壓強度不超過250兆帕的各種物料的中．細碎作業，具有產品粒度均勻，產品粒型好，成砂率高等優點，廣泛用于水電，高速公路，鐵路。城市建設和小型礦山等行業細碎作業。

性能特點：

1、高速的錘頭直接與物料碰憧進行破碎，能量利用率高，產品破碎比大。能將70％一90％的物料一次破碎到15mm以下。

2、具有選擇性破碎的特點,從而產品粒度均勻。

3、沖擊式破碎，產品粒形呈現立方體。

4、轉子轉動慣量大，過載能力強。

5、轉子回轉方向可反向轉換，一邊磨損后不需對錘頭反轉操作，大大減少了停機檢修時間和人力消耗，提高了設備工

作效率。

6、設備配備了啟閉液壓油缸，檢修時，上機架可輕松開啟，極大地提高了效率，降低了勞動強度。
